Organized by Europe’s leading drinks trade publication magazine ‘The Drinks Business’, The Global Rosé Masters aim is to identify the best still and sparking rosés from across the world, judged by style and price exclusively. The UK competition takes pride in working with the best judges in the world. All wines are judged blind by a panel of Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers and senior buyers only.
Akarua has recently gained new representation and distribution in the UK with Liberty Wines.
Winemaker Matt Connell is ecstatic by the news;
“Another exceptional achievement for Akarua on a global scale. We have a lot of potential in the United Kingdom, and winning a gold for our Rosé Brut NV will really help in establishing our wine in the English market.”
