Alexandra Park’s ‘wow’ display apartment opens to the public
This weekend Alexandra Park opens up its
spectacular display apartment to the wider public following
a number of sales already confirmed and hugely positive
feedback to the planned ‘223 Green Lane West’ 21st
century urban village for Auckland.
“We are thrilled that our impressive replica of a beautiful two bedroom apartment is open for the public to come and walk through. We’ve had great interest so far and we’re only expecting that to continue,” says chief executive of Alexandra Park Dominique Dowding.
The display apartment at Alexandra Park will be open seven days a week from 12pm – 4pm. Ms Dowding says people will really get a great sense of the spaciousness on offer and the stylish and quality finishes each apartment comes with.
The display apartment is a 100m2 replica and also showcases a 19m2 unique garden room balcony and a stunning virtue view overlooking Alexandra Park.
“The entire display suite takes you through a journey of what our ‘223 Green Lane West’ development offers, including the fabulous new retail and restaurant precinct these apartments will be set amongst, the wider community that surrounds us as well as a series of lifestyle shots.
“We all know Auckland homes are in hot
demand, but even with that in mind we’ve been overwhelmed
with the demand and positive feedback of our products,
particularly around the apartments’ generous size, overall
quality and just how beautifully appointed they
are.”
Ms Dowding says people have also been impressed
with the many options and floor plans including ‘town
house’ style living with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, offering
enormous courtyards, plenty of storage and secure basement
parking, while others offer sunny rooftop decks and split
level living.
“We’re pleased to report sales have been very robust. The diverse range of products we have on offer is appealing to many segments of the market. We’re also placing huge emphasis on delivering world class urban design, not to mention exemplary architecture. The whole village environment is going to be lovely.”
Also appealing is the fact that One Tree Hill and Cornwall Park are on Alexandra Park’s doorstep, plus its Double Grammar Zone status for Auckland Boys and Epsom Girls.
The general public is warmly welcome to enter through Alexandra Park’s Gate D at 223 Green Lane West, park for free, and wander through the display apartment at leisure. However more attention can be given to those who book an appointment with Colliers International to discuss the finer details of floor plan options and the entire urban village project.
