Vodafone call centres back online

Updated: Vodafone call centres back online
6:40pm –

Vodafone call centres nationwide which were impacted by a Penrose Fibre cut this morning are now taking customer calls.

Vodafone self-service tools, including My Vodafone, are also back up and running.

Due to the Vector Fibre cut, customers should expect long call wait times.

Vodafone sincerely apologises for the inconvenience.

Vodafone’s network was unaffected.

Updated: Vodafone call centres partially restored
5:40pm –

An unexpected fibre cut in Penrose that impacted Vodafone call centres nationwide is now partially restored.

Some customers are now getting through to customer care staff and can self-serve via MyVodafone.

Vodafone expects some intermittent call centre issues and congestion until services are fully restored.

Vodafone sincerely apologises for the inconvenience and is working hard to resolve the issue with Vector.

Vodafone’s network is unaffected. Customers are using mobile, fixed and business services as normal.
