Fibre cut causes Vodafone call centre outage
An unexpected fibre cut in Penrose has impacted Vodafone call centres nationwide.
Vodafone’s mobile, broadband and business customers are currently unable to get through to call centres via its 0800 and 0508 numbers, or by calling 777 and 888.
The fibre cut is also impacting customer self-service tools such as MyVodafone.
Teams are working on a solution at the highest priority and Vodafone sincerely apologises for the inconvenience.
Updates will be provided hourly.
