Fiat is delivering a new level of value for money to New Zealand businesses with the advanced Fiat Scudo priced at a recommended retail price of $26,990 plus on road costs and GST, a saving of $3000.
“The Fiat Scudo’s car-like performance, its reliability, stylish good looks, productivity, agility and comfort all now coupled with its new $26,990 price make the Scudo a versatile all-round business winner,” says David Smitherman, Chief Executive Officer of Fiat Chrysler New Zealand. “The new price and efficient Turbo Diesel means it looks great in company accounts. The stylish design means it looks good on the road promoting the businesses of its owners. Fiat’s intelligent design means it’s a safe, efficient and effective working environment, whether behind the wheel or loading the Scudo through its three generous load compartment doors.”
Powered by an advanced 2.0 litre 88 kW Turbo Diesel matched to a six speed gearbox, the Fiat Scudo offers a six cubic metre load space matched to an impressive 1200 kg payload. The load space is easily and safely accessible through twin sliding doors as well as rear barn doors which are wide enough to take a standard pallet direct from a fork lift truck.
Included in its new price of $26,990 plus ORC and GST is a wide range of standard equipment, including essential safety features such as driver’s airbag and ABS brakes with EBD; the convenience of cruise control, Bluetooth connection, electric front windows, twin mode central locking and electric mirrors and the comfort of powerful air conditioning, full size cloth-covered front seats and a spacious, comfortable cab that is designed as the ideal working environment.
The driving experience of the Fiat Scudo is best described as car-like, with a comfortable ride, precise and accurate steering and a level of agility and ease of driving that makes it easy to slot into the tightest city delivery space or undertake the longest delivery run. The comfortable cab, which has been clearly designed with business in mind, comfortably reduces stress and fatigue.
Peace of mind for business users is completed with a three year/200,000 km full warranty.
“Fiat knows that for many industries delivery vans are central to the success of their business,” says Mr Smitherman. “This is why the Scudo has been designed to deliver in every area, whether its value for money, reliability, ease of use or being a promotional tool for its operator. The new $26,990 price, which has been achieved without any reductions in features or abilities, proves that when it comes to providing a van that will drive businesses forward, the Fiat Scudo delivers.”
