More cash for Christmas with lower fuel prices at Gull
Christmas has come early at Gull with pump prices dropping 10 cents per litre, commencing at 7am on Wednesday 17th December and running through to midday Thursday 18th December.
“Whether you’re running to the mall to pick up gifts, dashing to the supermarket for turkey, or ferrying the kids to see Santa, the cost of fuel shouldn’t be something to worry about at this time of year. At Gull, we want to take the stress out of Kiwis’ Christmas prep by enabling them to get across town for less with lower fuel prices,” says Dave Bodger, General Manager of Gull New Zealand.
At all of Gull’s manned sites, motorists can save even more by using Countdown supermarket vouchers in conjunction with already discounted prices.
During the promotion period, prices at all sites where Gull sets the price will be no higher than $1.809 for Regular 91, with some prices as low as $1.659 for regular grade fuel.

“It’s been almost one month since we dropped prices of Regular 91 below $2 per litre, leading our competitors across the country to follow suit in what has been called the ‘Gull Effect’. Further price drops over the next day and a half benefit all Kiwi motorists by offering more options at lower prices, providing a very merry Christmas for all,” Bodger concludes.
All fuel discounts are available at the sites where Gull controls the price.
