Australia’s Next Telecom chooses Vadacom’s NZ technology to deliver medium and small businesses phone systems they’ll love

Award-winning Australian business telco, Next Telecom, has selected Vadacom to deliver cloud-era phone systems to their medium and small business clients. Next Telecom's mission is to provide the most sophisticated service levels and most advanced products available in the telecommunications industry.

The company is well known in Australia as a leading provider of BroadSoft IP telephony to the large/corporate business sectors. The partnership with Vadacom, and the bundling of the New Zealand cloud phone system provider’s unique BuddyTM app into their offering, means Next Telecom can now provide a more cost effective alternative to smaller businesses.

“Vadacom’s BuddyTM meets our standards for innovative, high quality products and lets us offer customers multiple choices,” says Next Telecom director, Gavin Roache.

The Next Telecom deal is the first international reseller agreement for 9-year old, Auckland- based Vadacom which recently secured over $1million in investment from new CEO Aaron Ridgway and Nightingales Partners in September and was a successful applicant in the October 2014 round of Callaghan R&D Growth Grants.

Vadacom already delivers a phone system people love to over 500 workplaces across NZ and Australia, including Xero, Colmar Brunton, Glidepath and the Controller and Auditor-General, and has been selected by CIO Review as a Top 50 contact centre technology provider, worldwide.

The Vadacom phone system has been designed to make customer and inter-staff communication seamless, improving productivity, customer service and increasing the ease of mobile and remote working.
