Kerridge & Partners Expands Search Capability
Auckland, 03 November 2014 - Leadership advisory business Kerridge & Partners today announces the appointment of Kathryn Cross to the role of Director in the Executive Search practice.
In this role, Kathryn will apply her strong management consulting approach to develop Kerridge & Partners’ search process, contributing to the growth of the practice as a whole. She will also support the Partners in
shaping the future direction of the firm.
Kathryn has a wealth of experience in the recruitment sector, holding senior level positions at some of New Zealand’s
most prominent search companies.
Before moving into executive recruitment, Kathryn practised as a commercial and property lawyer and is considered to be
one of the most successful, well established specialist sourcing and selection professionals in New Zealand.
In the early 2000s, Kathryn became General Manager of Law Staff Recruitment Ltd, a position she held for seven years. In
2011, she returned as a Director to the company, operating under new name; Niche Recruiting Specialists.
With an enviable record, Kathryn delivers high calibre executive recruitment and search services (including legal, human
resources and operational risk appointments) to market leaders within the professional services, general corporate and
public sector markets.
Kathryn’s unique skillset will bring both challenge and innovation to our own methods as well as deep commercial and

Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Music (Voice) and a Bachelor of Laws from Auckland University and has completed post
graduate study in Human Resources through Monash University (Melbourne). She currently serves as Chair of the Newmarket
Stage Company Trust.
