Pretty much every business is destined to become a digital business. It doesn’t matter how big the business, how old, or the sector or industry in which it operates. Digital transformation is inevitable. That doesn’t mean every business is going to become a technology firm or that the changes have to be revolutionary.
For most, the transition to becoming digitally enabled will be evolutionary and with good leadership, it will be proactive, strategic, holistic, integrated and mindful - leading to new opportunities and unleashing new potential. A good place to start is to look at how others are doing it.
