Landmark Harcourts Gympie Expands
Landmark Harcourts Gympie has been performing so well that they have expanded this month. They are now offering another service to their clients and the community with NAI Harcourts.
Richard Laery, CEO of NAI Harcourts said “We’re very excited about this expansion from the top preforming Landmark Harcourts office in Gympie, where the focus has been on Rural and Regional Real Estate. The Gympie office can now offer Commercial, Industrial and Retail Real Estate services to the region all from the same office.
Richard also said “It is truly fantastic that NAI Harcourts now has a presence in Gympie, adding to the overall national NAI Harcourts network, this is leveraged off the Landmark Harcourts, Harcourts and NAI Global. NAI Global is the largest global network of owner-operated commercial real estate brokerage firms with over 6800 professionals around the world. “Our technology and systems are world leading, and we are part of a global network that can open doors where others fail. We are in the business of exceeding expectations and providing incredible client experiences,” said Mr Laery.
Nathan O’Neill commented “We’ve already had new opportunities arise since the expansion took place this month. We were strong in the Commercial sector before, but with this new offering to the Gympie region, we’ve opened even bigger and better doors. The expansion enables us to draw on exceptional resources and provides us with the capability to deal with much larger clients now.”
Craig Yarrow, General Manager of Landmark Harcourts said “It Is impressive that the town of Gympie now has a specialist dedicated to Commercial, Industrial and Retail Real Estate, especially with the Global connections that NAI brings. By Landmark Harcourts and NAI Harcourts brand’s working together it creates a new and exciting offering which is unique to us and we would like to see this blueprint take place in more of our Landmark Harcourts locations”.
