New appointment at Mortgage Express
Mortgage Express is pleased to announce the appointment of Lalit Bajaj, joining our team of Auckland mortgage advisers.
Lalit’s career in the financial services industry spans over 15 years. He has worked as an investment banker, financial planner and insurance agency manager for various companies in India and New Zealand. Since 2009, Lalit has been a self-employed mortgage and insurance adviser.
“I believe in building long-term relationships with my clients, rather than simply focusing on a quick sale. Being approachable and available to them whenever they need me helps me develop strong and sustainable relationships. I enjoy simplifying the complexities of financial products to meet the needs and understanding of my clients,” says Lalit. “My biggest reward is the trust of my clients and the knowledge that I’m helping them make an informed decision. It’s inspiring seeing my client base grow steadily over the years.”
Lalit provides advice on home loans, business loans and refinancing of the existing loans on better terms, focussing on the Central and West Auckland region. He also provides advice on simple strategies that can take years off a mortgage term.
“Lalit’s depth of knowledge and industry experience, combined with his ability to build rapport with his clients, is an asset to the Mortgage Express team and we’re pleased to have him join us,” says General Manager of Mortgage Express, Sarah Johnson.
