Frog Intrapreneur Breakfast Series: Shaking up the Existing Order
A disrupted breakfast is on the menu for Auckland’s top business leaders, when they explore the merits of ‘shaking up the existing order’ in the workplace.
Eighty of Auckland’s inspiring business leaders, decision makers and influencers will hear three insightful speakers debate the pros of embracing planned disruption, during the latest Frog Recruitment iNTRAPRENEUR Breakfast meeting on Wednesday 15 October.
“Disruption in the workplace can be a gateway to innovation,” explains Frog Director, Jane Kennelly.
“It’s about redefining our thinking, our ideas, our work, our careers and our mind-sets, discarding old business clichés and remaking the market landscape,”
“By bringing together Auckland’s top leadership talent, we aim to challenge the status quo, cast off preconceived ideas and share proactive thinking on ‘disruption’ as a means of promoting innovation, effectiveness and success,” continues Ms. Kennelly.
Aimed at those focused on strategies for growth, increasing productivity, fostering employee engagement, and improving internal systems and processes, the event promises to address key questions, including; ‘Do we need to panic?’, ‘What breakthrough disruptions are reshaping the world of work?’, ‘How does a company faced with a disruptive threat manage it?’, and ‘What is the impact on the way we work?’
During the breakfast meeting, which is sponsored by the AUT Business School, guests will hear from thought-provoking business leaders, including James Hurman, Founder & Principal @ Previously Unavailable and Samuel Williams Managing Partner @ Aamplify.

“Storytelling and myth are how we share ideas and learn from one another. They help us build relationships that turn into a customer following,” says Sam.
He has 20 years’ experience delivering sales and marketing results across EMEA, USA and APAC regions and has been a leader in B2B marketing for notable technology firms – in both NZ and the Silicon Valley. Sam now runs marketing firm, Aamplify, where the focus is on creating engaging content and campaign results for B2B clients.
