InfoTrack named as Great Place to Work
Rounds out Trifecta of Awards
12 September, 2014 -
InfoTrack has been named as one of 2014’s Great Places to
Work in recognition of the company’s shared vision,
ethical business practices, fairness, approachable
management and friendly atmosphere.
Providing property, corporate and personal searches and services to the Australian legal and broader business sectors, the information broker employs over 200 staff who assessed the company under the criteria of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
Key highlights for staff included the responsibility they are given and the trust the management has in them, that the management’s actions always match their words, that everyone has a chance for special recognition and there is a very strong family feeling through the business.
“Our workforce is amazing”, says InfoTrack’s CEO Stephen Wood. ”They are innovative, enthusiastic and switched on and the most important investment we make in our business. Customers and partners often tell us the atmosphere in our office is similar to that of Google headquarters.
“We are always in the market for hiring talented staff. Earning our reputation has taken, and continues to take, a lot of effort. We always try to go that little bit further to help our clients and we seem to attract staff who share this work ethic. Our biggest priorities are to welcome and help new staff to fit in and let everyone know how much they are valued.
“Coming in at 12th in Greatest Place to Work (under 100 employees) is a great outcome. We are very excited,” Mr Wood added.
InfoTrack recently took the title of Best Mid-Market Leader at the 2014 BRW GE Capital Momentum Awards and ABA100 Winner for Service Excellence in The Australian Business Awards 2014.
