Growing Jade Software appoints new independent director

Paddy Boyle joins the Jade board, priming the business for accelerated growth.

CHRISTCHURCH, 11 SEPTEMBER — Jade Software Corporation today announced the addition of Paddy Boyle to its Board of Directors. Jade’s ambitious approach to exporting market-leading innovations will benefit from Paddy’s experience in governance and high-growth businesses.

Paddy chairs leading marine electronics company, Electronic Navigation Ltd, is a director of Innova Products Ltd (formerly Click Clack), and is a member of Fonterra’s Milk Price Panel. His earlier directorships included the advisory board of New Zealand’s largest group of angel investors, Ice Angels, and the Crown Research Institute Plant and Food Research.

Chairman of the Jade board, the Hon. Ruth Richardson, welcomed the addition of new business drive to the board: “With our focus on growing the company and continuing to incubate valuable lines of new business, Paddy’s experience with growth businesses with international exposure will be invaluable on the Jade board.”
