Serko Secures US Reseller Contract for Serko Mobile

Auckland, New Zealand. 3rd September 2014 – Serko Ltd. (SKO.NZ) a market leader in online travel booking and expense management for business, announced today that it has signed a 3
year contract with US online travel booking and travel technology company, nuTravel Technology Solutions, to exclusively
resell its new Mobile App ‘Serko Mobile’ in the North American market. Serko expects to begin recognizing revenue from
the contract in the next financial year, FY16. The contract will not materially impact Serko’s current year financial
guidance.
The contract gives nuTravel the right to resell a private label version of the app under the nuTravel brand to its US,
Canadian and Mexican customer base of more than 2 million registered travelers.
Serko Mobile is an IOS and Android application designed specifically for business travelers that have booked trips
through Online Booking Tools, such as Serko Online and nuTravel Enterprise. In addition to providing rich itinerary
information and travel alerts, Serko Mobile uniquely allows business travelers to make changes to their existing flight
bookings in real time, which is of significant value to business travelers who need high levels of flexibility.
