Harcourts Real Estate Focus On Building Client Relationships with New Campaign

Real estate group, Harcourts International, recently launched its latest international marketing campaign ‘Clients for Life’, with a focus on building strong client relationships for life.

Aimee Williams, International Brand Manager for Harcourts International said the purpose of the campaign is to let past, current and future Harcourts clients know that they are the most important part of the business. “The aim is for our team members to reconnect with past and current clients to thank them, and to reiterate their importance. We’re asking them to get in touch with thank you cards, video messages, and interact with their clients via social media whilst utilising the hashtag #ClientsForLife.”

‘Clients for Life’ includes a cross-media mix of material designed to communicate the message to the varying demographics within Harcourts’ individual marketplaces.

The campaign products include print flyers, cards, posters, banners and advertisements. As well as digital elements such as email footers, website banners and Facebook covers.

“As an international group, operating in eight countries; we have the strength and power to drive this message across all channels in every country Harcourts operates in,” said Katie McAleese, Head of Marketing for Harcourts International.

“The idea behind the campaign is ultimately to focus on our clients first, and in doing so, we will establish lifelong relationships with clients who will continue to sell and buy through the Harcourts group.”

“The first Harcourts value is ‘People First’ and we aim to remind people of this with the new campaign,” Ms McAleese added.

‘Clients for Life’ is a global campaign that will be utilised in each country Harcourts operates in including Australia, New Zealand, the USA, South Africa, Indonesia, Fiji, China and Hong Kong.
