Gentrack software upgrade chosen by leading Australian Energy Utility
Gentrack Group (NZX/ASX: GTK) a developer of specialist software for energy utilities, water companies and airports around the world has signed a substantial upgrade contract with a leading Australian based energy utility customer. This is the delayed contract that was referred to in previous announcements as expected to be signed by 30 September 2014.
Gentrack Group Chief Executive Officer, James Docking, noted that work on the project has commenced, “We are very pleased that this long standing customer has chosen to upgrade its existing Gentrack solution and look forward to delivering the latest functionality that Gentrack Velocity software offers.”
Gentrack is also pleased to announce the signing of a new contract for an implementation of its latest utility billing and CRM system at the Water Authority of Fiji.
This is in line with Gentrack’s plans and builds on its market position in the Pacific Islands.
