Spark customers offered special deal on Lightbox
Spark home broadband customers who
sign up to the new Internet TV service Lightbox will receive
six months at half price1, Spark announced today. The offer
is in addition to the 30 days free that all Lightbox
customers are entitled to.
Spark Home, Mobile and Business Chief Executive, Chris Quin, said he had trialled Lightbox himself over the past few weeks and now couldn’t imagine life without it.
“It’s great to see Lightbox using the power of the Internet to give New Zealanders access to insanely good TV. With the service launching today, we want to encourage Spark customers to be among the first to jump on board – and what better way to do that than to give them a great deal.
“From Breaking Bad to Boston Legal to Dora the Explorer – and exclusive new releases such as Vikings, Outlander, Arrested Development and 24 - there’s something for everyone. Once you start watching, you’ll find it difficult to stop and I’m confident Spark customers who take up this deal will soon be as addicted as I am.”
To take advantage of the offer, Spark home broadband customers should visit here. They will need to enter their landline number and their Spark account number to retrieve their Lightbox voucher. They can then use this voucher to sign up for the deal atwww.lightbox.co.nz.
Lightbox is available to all New Zealanders and offers thousands of hours of online TV shows with no ads. Customers can watch Lightbox online, anytime - all that’s required is a broadband connection and a laptop, desktop or tablet (with the option of linking the device to a large screen television). Up to five devices can be connected to one Lightbox account, and different shows can be watched on two devices at the same time. At full price it costs $15 for 30 days of “all you can eat” TV shows.
