JLL’s most recent addition to their North Shore business unit
JLL is increasingly expanding their offering with their newest appointment, Marg Mills, who joins the Commercial Sales
and Leasing team as a part of the North Shore division.
Before joining JLL, Marg was employed with Brett Norris Law as well as Horizon Financial in Sales and Marketing. Marg
also has experience in business start-ups and successfully runs her own small business Clean IT (2010) Ltd. In her new
role, Marg will be focussing on commercial sales and leasing in the North Shore area.
Marg says, “It was a natural progression for me to move into commercial real estate as my passion lies with listening
and working with clients closely to meet their requirements.”
David Mayhew, Manager of the North Shore focussed group of agents says, “As the market becomes more optimistic, we are
seeing a lot of office tenant movement on the North Shore. Businesses are starting to feel more positive about the
economy and are weighing up their accommodation options that they may have previously put on hold for a number of years.
This area represents significant opportunity for JLL and for this reason I have expanded the North Shore team.”
