Room to Move in Newmarket
By Mark Knoff-Thomas, Chief Executive, Newmarket Business Association
Newmarket, Auckland – Newmarket Business Association’s incoming Chief Executive, Mark Knoff-Thomas recommends that businesses struggling to find suitable office space in the CBD should look no further than Newmarket, in light of the drought the CBD is experiencing.
“Newmarket has office space available; we have capacity to take on more commercial operators. Our overall office vacancy rate was recorded as 18.9% earlier this year.” says Knoff-Thomas.
He goes on to say “The availability of quality office floor space, along with Newmarket’s variety of retail, restaurants, cafes and bars, make it an ideal location to establish a presence and keep your employees happy and engaged. We have an abundance of car parks and easy links to the motorway, buses, and of course Newmarket train station linking the city to the rest of Auckland.”
