Matt Stone recently visited New Zealand to bring a touch of the Margaret River here for people to enjoy. He cooked up a
storm at Marvel Grill and dishes served included carrots, Sweet and Sour Pork, Chicken Liver Parfait and a Marshmallow
desert with Byron Bay edible ants.
All dishes where matched with wines from exclusive Margaret River region, including Cape Mentelle, FlameTree, Vasse
Felix & Watershed.
