HBRIC decides not to appeal Board of Inquiry final decision
The Hawke’s Bay Regional Investment Company Limited (HBRIC Ltd) has decided not to appeal the Board of Inquiry’s final decision on Tukituki Plan Change 6 and the Ruataniwha Water Storage Scheme.
The Environmental Protection Authority released the Board’s Final Decision late last month, which gives consent to build the scheme and also finalises the Tukituki Plan Change 6.
HBRIC Ltd, which is the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council’s Investment Company made the decision at its board meeting on Monday.
Last week the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council decided it would not appeal the Board of Inquiry’s final decision.
