Business leaders gather at Project NZ to create a big shift

The opportunity to take part in master classes with world-leading experts in business transformation is one of the highlights of the Sustainable Business Network’s national conference, Project NZ: #theBIGshift.

SBN today announced its line-up of speakers for the two-day conference, which will take place at AUT Business School in Auckland from 17-18 September.

The keynote speaker is Stephanie Draper, the architect of #theBIGshift, which is a new approach to business innovation that is being used by global brands such as Nike, Unilever and Marks & Spencer.

Deputy CEO of Forum for the Future, the UK based organisation that created #theBIGshift approach, Stephanie is coming to the conference to launch the campaign here in New Zealand.

“Stephanie Draper is the perfect person to be launching theBIGshift at the conference in September. She leads Forum for the Future’s change work and is very used to focusing on system-wide projects and in bringing together diverse groups of players to address those really challenging issues,” says Rachel Brown, CEO of the Sustainable Business Network.

“We’ve carefully timed this event so that it fits in with the work we are doing with our members. Stephanie has a number of roles to play through the conference, to progress this work,” she says.

There will be opportunities to ask Stephanie and the other speakers’ questions in Hot Spot Conversations, and as part of the master classes.
