The Kapiti Chamber Women in Business group was delighted to be host a highly successful Women in Business lunch and professional development opportunity on Wed 25 June. 56 local business women attended to hear Catherine Newton, an award-winning men-tor and author talk about how to consistently attract more ideal clients.
Catherine talked about having real purpose in your business and the importance of:
Connections – in part, through networking
Credibility – sharing your own story to build trust & over time your brand
Champions – surrounding yourself with people who are like-minded who will be raving fans & supportive
Women in Business spokesperson, Lyn Barrow, Sustainable Solutions 4u, commented by saying “Catherine was inspiring and touched most people very personally with her account of how to achieve more success in your business”.
Women in Business would also like to acknowledge and thank Liz Koh who briefly, yet brilliantly pre-sented “Discover your Money Personality” before Catherine spoke.
