Pivot Software systems support 100,000 staff across Australasia
Kiwi HR Software Company reaches another key milestone.
Christchurch, New Zealand. 17th June 2014.
Pivot Software Solutions are now used to assist with the management of talent processes, including remuneration and performance management decisions, for more than 100,000 staff throughout some of Australasia’s biggest and most respected companies.
“From its beginnings as a specialist HR consultancy twelve years ago, Pivot has grown to be a significant HR software player throughout New Zealand and Australia and this is another important milestone in our journey”, says Philippa Youngman, Managing Director of Pivot Software.
Philippa says Pivot’s solutions have not just won awards but also gained recognition in the industry across sectors, serving large New Zealand and Australia clients such as Westpac, Meridian, Fuji Xerox and New Zealand Post.
More than 50 organisations in Australasia now used Pivot’s Solutions, with the majority in energy, resources, financial services and professional services sectors. We meet the HR policy and strategy needs of our clients using secure and highly configurable software-as-a-service model that is designed for the task and fits within any corporate IT infrastructure.
“We’ve been nominated for and have won a number of industry awards, but the biggest recognition comes from the success of our systems and our clients. Our growing list of clients and 100,000 staff managed through our systems is an achievement our team is proud of, however we’re not about to rest on the laurels”, signs off Mrs Youngman.
