DB Export partners with the American Express Queenstown Winter Festival to launch a unique event and help festival-goers to ‘Embrace the Elements’
This winter, the DB Export crew wants nothing - not plummeting mercury, howling wind, or drifting snow to come between you and a great time. And to prove the point they have partnered with the American Express Queenstown Winter Festival to launch a unique new event and to add a little something extra to some festival favourites.
DB Export have worked with event organisers to help transform the Earnslaw Park event hub into a unique outdoor entertainment venue by creating New Zealand’s first hot tub cinema experience and launching the DB Export Embrace the Elements Evening Sessions that will see Queenstown’s best entertainers keep festival goers entertained.
Lisa Buckingham, Festival Manager, is excited about the new partnership with DB Export and the additions that they have brought to the event.
“The event hub that has been developed in Earnslaw Park in partnership with DB Export will be a real asset to the American Express Queenstown Winter Festival. Not only will it be the home for a number of key events but it’ll make the perfect meeting spot after a hard day on the mountain. With great live entertainment, fun events, and refreshing beer it’s going to be the place to catch up after an action filled day.”
DB Export has also gotten behind some festival favourites as the sponsor of the DB Export Dog Derby and the DB Export Dog Barking.
Simon Smith, part of the DB Export Queenstown Winter Festival team, explained why DB Export has embraced the event.
“DB Export has had a long involvement with winter events and Queenstown Winter Festival taps into Kiwi’s love of getting out there and doing of it. Whether it’s dog barking or getting into a hot tub in the middle of a park to take in a movie it’s great to be part of this iconic event and to be helping people embrace the elements this winter.”
