JLL’s most recent addition to Office Leasing
JLL is increasingly adding value to their Auckland team with their newest appointment, Akira Hobcraft, who joins the
Office Leasing team as a part of the wider Markets division.
Akira brings with her a Business degree from Auckland University of Technology with a double major in Advertising and
Sales. Prior to joining JLL, Akira was an Office manager at Auldhouse. In her new role, Akira will be focusing on Office
Leasing in the Grafton, Ponsonby and Freemans Bay precincts, all areas of which have not previously had a concentrated
level of specialisation within the market.
Akira says, “I not only plan to find the most suitable space for my client’s needs, I aim to bring a more personalised
and hands-on service to the landlords and tenants in these areas that has not been offered before.”
