Napier i-SITE commits to Fresh Air
Fresh Air Forests welcomes Napier i-SITE as a Fresh Air Forests Partner. As a Fresh Air Forests Partner Napier i- SITE
has not only offset their businesses carbon footprint with native trees but they will also provide the opportunity for
sustainable travel in Hawkes Bay. Travellers will be able to add a pledge of New Zealand native trees into a Fresh Air
Forests project site when making a booking through the i-SITE.
Fresh Air Forests partners are committed to supporting sustainability, biodiversity and the environment. Our partners
are making a statement about their commitment to growing a better future - nature’s way…with trees.
Fresh Air Forests CEO Colin Pirie said “with the 5th June being World environment Day and New Zealand Ardor Day we felt
it was timely to celebrate our recent partnership with Napier i-SITE. Arbor Day is about inspiring people to plant,
nurture and celebrate trees.
At Fresh Air Forests, we plant many trees to create fresh air for the world to breathe. If planting one tree is a good
idea, planting lots of trees is even better. Our unique TreePrint™ online calculator enables everyone to calculate and
balance their carbon footprint”.
Trees act like giant filters that keep our air clean but unfortunately an area of forest equal to sixty football fields
is cut down every minute worldwide. Fresh Air Forests aim is to help balance the equation and grow a better future for
this generation and the next.
