Reflecting the growth of the Project Development Services division at JLL, Gary Perkins has been promoted to Project and Development Services Manager in the JLL Christchurch office. Gary, formally Associate Director, will work with the expanding Project and Development Services team alongside Andrew Skipper, National Director.
Andrew says, “Gary’s promotion enhances our current offering in Christchurch and is indicative of the significant demand for project development and services in the Christchurch region.”
Prior to joining JLL in early 2013, Gary has held a number of senior Project Management roles both in Australia and New Zealand.
Gary’s new role will be focussed on supporting and advising the PDS team on the delivery of complex projects for institutional and private investors, as well as Local Government Authorities (LGA’s) and inter-Governmental Departments.
