Team McMillan BMW announce ownership change

The Board of Team McMillan BMW has announced today, that effective June 30, the McMillan family will be selling their 50% share of the business to current co-owner Collins Asset Management. The purchase involves representation of all three brands in the current Team McMillan portfolio, specifically BMW, MINI and Rolls Royce.

“This is a significant change in the ownership of what is Auckland’s largest BMW dealership,” said the Managing Director of BMW New Zealand, Nina Englert.

“I am confident that the new structure will continue to build on the achievements realised by Bob McMillan and his team, such as winning ‘BMW Sales Dealer of the Year’ for the past two years running. We also look forward to working with Tim Cook and the team at Collins Asset Management to ensure BMW remains the most popular premium automotive brand in the country.”
