Telecom tecnnical issue
Telecom adivses that many of its communication systems are down this morning due to a technical issue. The problem is
affecting call centres, online services, and internal Telecom networks. Some corporate clients are also affected by this
issue. There is a workaround for those clients, which is being published by Telecom.
All other Telecom customers can still call, text and use data, and 111 servcies are not affected .
Our technicians are working as quickly as possible to resolve the problem, but at this point there is no estimated time
of recover at this stavge.
Please note this problem is unrelated to a Telecom systems' upgrade, which took place over the weekend.
We apologise customers who have been affected by this problem and we will provide an update as soon as possible.
