Hard work and an up-front, honest approach have seen Glenn Green celebrated as the top sales consultant in the Wellington Region for 2013/ 2014.
Based at Harcourts Bell Block, Glenn has built up an excellent reputation in the region for his focus on making every one of his clients achieve the results they want.
“It doesn’t matter if it’s a $150,000 or $800,000 property. All our clients are treated like VIPs,” says Glenn.
Glenn, helped by his committed team, has won the top sales consultant in the Wellington Region for six out of eight years and has achieved over $250 million in settled sales.
Harcourts CEO Hayden Duncan says Glenn’s face-to-face, personalised service has made him the first choice for many in the region.
“Glenn’s clients are very loyal to him. They go back to him again and again because they appreciate his honest approach and his commitment to helping them achieve their real estate goals – no matter how big or small. Glenn really is all about putting people first.”
Other top performers from the Wellington Region are Bruce Woodhead (New Plymouth), the top NAI Harcourts commercial sales consultant, top rural sales consultant Suzanne Cottle (Levin) and top property manager Jonathan Selig (Channel Realty Ltd).
Hayden Duncan says real estate is a highly competitive industry, and each of the award recipients have excelled by incredible hard work and commitment to an outstanding client experience.
“I have absolute admiration for everyone we recognise at our End of Year awards. They are all a huge part of the reason Harcourts is New Zealand’s largest and most trusted real estate brand.
The regional Harcourts 2013/2014 End of Year Awards precede the National Awards event to be held at the upcoming Harcourts Annual Conference at Auckland’s SKYCITY on 19th May. It is the largest real estate conference in New Zealand.
