An outstanding commitment to his clients has seen Shaun Cosgrave named the Central Region’s top sales consultant for 2013/2014.

Hamilton-based Shaun was recognised as number one at the Central Region 2013/2014 End of Year Awards for New Zealand’s largest real estate group, Harcourts.

Shaun has worked in the Hamilton area for over 20 years and in that time has carved out a reputation for himself as an outstanding sales consultant, putting in long hours listening to his clients and attending to their requirements and listening to their needs.

As a result, Shaun has consistently placed in the top Harcourts rankings for many years.

Harcourts CEO Hayden Duncan says Shaun epitomises what is great about Harcourts.

“Shaun is all about good service and hard work. He delivers for his clients over and over and as a result has a very loyal following who will choose him every time when they are buying or selling.”

The top performing NAI Harcourts commercial sales consultant for the Central Region is Mike Neale, who is managing director of the the highly successful Hamilton Commercial.

Mike says Hamilton currently has some of the best investment stock the region has seen in the last five years, in terms of the quality of the buildings, tenants and length of leases. It is this, a strong local economy and a commitment to securing the best possible outcome for his clients that has seen Mike achieve great success in commercial transactions.

The top property manager for the region is Rowan Steele of Hamilton Rentals and the best rural sales consultant is Aaron Davey, who is also currently number one for the whole country.

Hayden Duncan says real estate is a highly competitive industry, and each of the award recipients have excelled by incredible hard work and commitment to an outstanding client experience.

The regional Harcourts 2013/2014 End of Year Awards precede the National Awards event to be held at the upcoming Harcourts Annual Conference at Auckland’s SKYCITY on 19th-21st of May. It is the largest real estate conference in New Zealand.
