Choosing an account when paying for goods and services has just become a little more noteworthy with the latest update
to BNZ’s award winning internet banking offering – YouMoney. Customers can now link any account they wish to their their
eftpos card when making a transaction.
Head of Digital, Stephen Bowe says, “The digital world moves so fast and we need to be constantly on top of what
customers want and need; and then be ready to work on ways of making it happen for them.
“YouMoney makes money management so straight forward for our customers who can track their budget and make better money
decisions on the go,” he says. “When we introduced drag and drop banking, we simply gave customers what they wanted.
Now, customers are moving money around easily between accounts, as well as setting and tracking money goals in a simple,
visual way.”
The update to YouMoney, means that if customers have an account set up for something special, they can swap it over to
their Eftpos card when they’re ready to pay.
The latest update also includes significant usability enhancements allowing customers more flexibility in how they view
their account transactions and providing enhanced credit card repayment messaging. “It’s not enough just to have the
functionality available, online banking needs to be an effortless and enjoyable experience for our customers” Bowe says.
