Ownership changes at 62 Models and Talent
Sara Tetro and Andrea Plowright are delighted to announce changes to the ownership structure at 62 Models and Talent.
62 Models and Talent, founded by Sara Tetro, is in its 20th year and has an enviable track record of discovering and promoting models and talent, both in New Zealand and on the world stage.
“Having built an extensive network of international agency relationships, key clients, model and talent the business has now grown to a size that has required Andrea to play an increasingly significant leadership role alongside me in the business,” says Ms Tetro.
“Some time ago Sara and I determined the business had grown to sufficient size that we needed to reorganise our primary responsibilities so that I would take a lead role in the day to day operation of the Model Agency and Sara would take the lead role in the day to day operation of the Celebrity Management business,” says Ms Plowright.
In recognition of the success of this partnership and the increasing influence that Ms Plowright has been having on the success of the of the 62 Group of Companies, combined with the achievement of key performance hurdles, she assumed ownership of the 62 Models & Talent company in March this year.
Ms Tetro as founder of the business continues to work in close collaboration with Ms Plowright to continue to grow the Modelling agency while retaining ownership and lead responsibility for the Celebrity Management business. Both businesses will continue to collocate and operate from the same premises in Auckland.
“My passion and vision for ‘62’ is as strong today as it was when I founded the business almost 20 years ago. Having such a passionate and committed partner and genuine friend in Andrea, working alongside me to enable 62 Models & Talent and 62 Management to realise their full potential on the next phase of our journey, is the realisation of a key milestone for me,” says Ms Tetro.
