Ingenia Communities (ASX: INA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Norah Barlow as an independent Non-Executive Director effective 31 March 2014.

Norah has recently retired from Summerset as their Chief Executive Officer, a position she has held for 12 years. Jim Hazel, Chairman of Ingenia, said, “We are very pleased to be able to attract someone of Norah’s calibre to join the Ingenia Board. Norah’s extensive experience in retirement living operations and development will further broaden the Board’s depth of industry knowledge and her guidance as a director will be instrumental as Ingenia advances its growth as a leading Australian seniors living business.”
