Adventure tourism pioneer ensures families enjoy the ‘Big Reds’
Shotover Jet, one of Queenstown longest-operating tourism companies is offering families the chance to experience some ‘Big Red’ action with a special package.
In a bid to help keep holiday costs down for Mums and Dads, a new Family Pass at a discounted rate is on offer to visiting families.
Appreciating that holidays can be hard on the pocket, it aims to ensure families can afford the iconic ‘must do’ activity.
Shotover Jet General Manager Clark Scott is thrilled with what he says is a “great value for money” package.
“The pass can save families up to $95, enabling them to experience as much as possible during their stay in Queenstown,” he said.
“There are a lot of activities on offer in town, but Shotover Jet’s one of the best-known fun and adrenalin activities, so it’s important that families don’t miss out on a fantastic ‘Big Red’ experience.”
Shotover Jet is the only operator permitted to operate in the world-famous Shotover River Canyons, thrilling passengers with 360° spins and tight turns.
The Family Pass is $299 for two adults and two children with add-on options available.
Bookings are available online at www.shotoverjet.com, by calling 0800 802 804 or the Shotover Jet base in Arthurs Point.
The Family Pass is available for bookings until June 30, 2014.
Shotover Jet has been in operation since 1970 and thrilled over three million passengers.
Shotover Jet, Dart River Jet, Huka Falls Jet and the Hollyford Track are 100% owned and operated by Ngāi Tahu Tourism, one of New Zealand’s premier tourism operators.
