NZ Cloud Firm Expand to Content Subscription
The same Kiwi cloud firm that made international news for integrating Microsoft’s Office 365 with Xero’s Practice
Manager are hitting headlines again for adding cloud content subscription to their line of small business cloud file
apps.
Wellington startup, The Full Suite, build and sell applications on Microsoft technology that enable small businesses to
migrate their files to the cloud and manage them when they get there. Their SuiteFiles document management system for
small business had the technology sector humming late last year when it enabled Xero and Office 365 to integrate for the
first time. Now they’ve mastered rapid file migration and intuitive file management, the thriving startup have turned
their hands to cloud content with the recent launch of SuiteGenerator.
SuiteGenerator is a cloud-based content application delivering best practice content from industry experts to small
businesses on a subscription basis. Suite General Manager, Andrew Sims, explains, “We’re focussed on improving every
aspect of cloud file management for SMBs, the obvious next move was to start providing the cloud files themselves. SMBs
can spend hours trying to create the documents and templates that run their businesses because the cost of expert
consultancy is often impractical. With SuiteGenerator, small businesses are enabled with the templates, contracts,
guides and forms they need in a few simple clicks. And because it’s cloud-based, content is utomatically updated,
ensuring that the core files they’re operating their businesses on are always leading edge. ”
The platform has launched with core compliance accounting documents from exclusive provider, Get the GIST, but Sims
suggests more content is imminent, “Given our strong relationship with Xero as a channel partner, it made sense to start
with accounting content. We launched SuiteGenerator at XeroCon and Get the GIST’s great templates and guides have
already attracted our first customers. But the roadmap for oncoming providers is a comprehensive one. We currently
working on provider agreements to deliver expert legal, marketing and HR content over the coming months as well.”
While SuiteGenerator is integrated with SuiteFiles for existing customers, in a strategic move for the company, they
have also enabled access to the platform for those without Office 365 via the SuiteGenerator.com Stand-Alone web portal
login. “There is not a single small business in the world that doesn’t rely on documentation to run their operation,
regardless of their technology stack. By
removing any technology compatibility barriers, we can open up SuiteGenerator’s invaluable content, and the Suite brand,
to a new market. It’s a great way for people to get a taste of what Suite does for cloud file management.”
The release of SuiteGenerator is the next phase in a rapid growth trajectory the company have experienced since
launching in 2012. Since being awarded the Microsoft Startup Partner of the Year accolade last year, the company have
expanded offshore into Australia and the UK and now have a customer base that is almost 30 per cent international.
