Tauranga Chamber of Commerce announces new CEO
The Tauranga Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave Burnett to the role of Chief Executive
taking over from Max Mason who commenced a new role with a nationwide retirement village provider in January.
Dave brings a wealth of commercial experience to the role, having previously held a local general management position
and senior sales and marketing roles with Agri-feeds, Satara, Comvita and BHP Steel in the local business community.
He looks forward to working with the business community, local councils and organisations assisting with business growth
in the region. Dave is married with two teenage children.
The Chamber Board expresses their thanks to Anne Pankhurst who has capably acted as Chief Executive of the Chamber until
an appointment was confirmed. Mr Burnett will take up his new role in March.
