Kordia Australia gains new Chief Executive
Kordia Group announces the appointment of experienced telecommunications executive Ken Benson to the position of Chief Executive of Kordia Australia.
Benson’s appointment follows the resignation of Peter Robson, who has led Kordia Australia for the last 10 years. Robson has resigned to pursue new work challenges. He will remain in a consulting capacity to focus on completing several key Kordia projects.
Ken Benson is an experienced telco professional with global senior executive experience. He has held executive leadership roles at international telecommunications companies such as Telstra Corporation, Telecom New Zealand and British Telecom. He has also served as both chairman and a director of telecommunications related businesses in EMEA and Asia Pacific.
Benson’s ability to consistently deliver on the most challenging business targets and his depth of experience in deploying network infrastructure, places him well to lead Kordia Australia and continue to gain market share as a first tier engineering services supplier to the telecommunications industry.
Benson takes up his role on 3 March and is based in Kordia’s Sydney office.
