Chamber elects four new board members
Four new members have been elected to the board of Wellington Employers’ Chamber of Commerce.
They are Brent Callaghan (Westpac), Cas Carter (Massey University), Zane Fulljames (NZBus), Olivier Lacoua (CQ Hotels Wellington).
They were elected at the Chamber’s AGM last night.
They replace Simon Arnold (Arnold & Woodhall Ltd), Glenys Coughlan (Positively Wellington Venues), Nigel Kirkpatrick (NEC New Zealand), Steve Maharey (Massey University) who stepped down.
The new members join John Milford (Kirkcaldie & Stains, President), Peter Cullen (Cullen Law, Vice-President), Ian Cassels (The Wellington Company), John Dow (Agenda Limited), Charles Finny (Saunders Unsworth), Linda Sissons (Wellington Institute of Technology), Richard Stone (Jacksonstone & Partners),  Pierre Woolridge (Optimum Websites) on the Wellington Employers’ Chamber of Commerce Board.
John Milford thanked the outgoing members for their service and said he looked forward to working with the new board.
“The new members bring new skills that will help us drive the city and region forward.”
Chief Executive Raewyn Bleakley said the board had a very good feel about it and was well equipped to further build membership and to meet the city’s future challenges.
