Vodafone Former Head of Telesales joins fast growing electricity retailer Pulse Energy
February 4, 2014 - Pulse Energy today announced that Christian Derrington, Former Head of Telesales at Vodafone New Zealand will be joining Pulse Energy in a newly created position, as General Manager Sales and Customer Care and a member of the executive team, reporting to CEO Gary Holden.
Driven by our objective to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, Derrington in collaboration with the Senior Management Team will provide leadership support to Pulse Energy’s growth strategy and he will assist in the implementation of sales and customer care strategies and the launch of new products.
“I am thrilled that Christian will be joining our team,” said Holden. “We have made significant improvements in customer focused initiatives including the most recent launch of Grey Power Electricity. Christian has a wealth of knowledge and we are looking forward to having him on board”.
