Jim Boult Resigns from City Care Board
Jim Boult, chair of City Care, has resigned his directorship effective immediately.
Mr Boult has now accepted an executive position with another company.  His offer to step down from the City Care role has been accepted.
“Jim has been a great contributor to the Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL) group of companies over many years. He has done a great job at City Care and we are disappointed he is going and do wish him well,” said Bob Lineham, chief executive CCHL.
“The relationship was working well and I have enjoyed working with Jim and am sorry to see him go,’” said Onno Mulder, chief executive, City Care.
Hugh Martyn, a City Care board member for eight years, has agreed to step into the Chairman's role on an interim basis.
