Executive Management Changes

Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) announces the appointment of Mark Davis to the role of Chief Financial Officer following the resignation of Ian Lewington effective 28th February 2014.

Chief Executive Officer, Grant Webster said; “After 15 years’ significant contribution to the company Ian Lewington has decided to move on to pursue other interests. Ian’s commitment and loyalty to thl has been valued; he will be missed."

“We are however delighted with the appointment of Mark Davis. Mark understands the direction of thl today, the need for prompt lift in investment returns and has a proven record in delivering results. He shows a strong fit with the culture and is highly energised about the opportunity."

Mark Davis has been Chief Financial Officer at The Radio Network for the past eight years and formerly held senior finance roles at SKYCITY Entertainment Group and Clear Communications. Mark will commence with thl in February 2014.

thl also announces the resignation of Nicole Edgerton as General Manager Strategic Projects effective 12th December 2013. The role of General Manager Strategic Projects will not be replaced.

Nicole Edgerton joined the company with the merger of United Motorhomes and KEA Campers in November 2012. Nicole will focus on other business interests although remains a Director and shareholder of Hauraki Motor Homes Limited, a substantial security holder in thl. Mr Webster said; “we have been fortunate to have 13 months contribution from Nicole given her vast experience as an owner operator in the tourism industry."
