Orientation Course award at the 2013 DevLearn DemoFest with
the Auckland Council’s ‘Take a Tour’ eLearning
module.
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - October 25, 2013
- Sysdoc announced today that it has won the 2013
DevLearn DemoFest award for the Best Onboarding/Employee
Orientation Course with the Auckland Council ‘Take a
Tour’ eLearning module.
DevLearn is a three day conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada and is one of the most prominent expositions for training and learning professionals. It is hailed as the "World’s Leading eLearning Event” and is run by the eLearning Guild, a global community of practice with more than 56,800 members worldwide.
This year, as part of DevLearn, 80 DemoFest participants from around the world, showcased their latest and greatest development efforts, offering their fellow attendees the opportunity to see a wide variety of solutions to common eLearning challenges.
Nigel King, Manager Customer Services at Auckland Council was thrilled with the win and global recognition for what he described as an innovative onboarding tool. Take-a-Tour was designed to assist the Customer Services staff in the newly formed Auckland Council understand the brea dth of services and the geographic area of the newly formed Council.
The
Take-a-Tour module is no stranger to accolades, having
already won:
