Hamilton Adviser Jason Hennessey Joins Board of Plus4 Insurance Group
Hamilton-based adviser Jason Hennessey has been appointed a director of Plus4 Insurance Solutions (Plus4), the national insurance broking and financial adviser group.
Jason replaces Nelson-based Peter Rickards, who founded Plus4 with Alan Bradnock. Peter remains a member of the group, with Jason joining existing directors Roger Adams, Alan Bradnock and Grant Uridge on the Plus4 board.
An insurance broker and Registered Financial Adviser, Jason joined Plus4 in early 2012 and has been instrumental in building the group’s presence in the Waikato. He specialises in providing comprehensive ACC advice, life, trauma, income protection, health and key person cover to small and medium sized enterprises and business owners.
Plus4’s chairman Grant Uridge said, “Jason is a highly regarded insurance broker and member of the Plus4 group. His wider business experience will complement and benefit the group’s governance.
On behalf of Plus4’s members, I acknowledge the contribution Peter Rickards has made over the last five years.”
Established in 2008 in Nelson, Plus4 now has over 30 advisers working from 12 locations between Whangarei and Invercargill. Group members, who have no affiliations to any specific insurance provider, offer unbiased advice tailored to their individual and business clients’ requirements.
They work predominantly with small to medium sized enterprises, their owners and their accountants.
