In addition to these care homes is Oceania’s Cargill Care Home and Village which is awaiting will OIO approval which Bupa hope to finalise in early 2014.

In June this year Bupa purchased three Oceania facilities located in Taranaki, Dannevirke and Pahiatua which included two integrated care home and village facilities and one stand-alone care home.

“We are delighted with the purchase of these homes; the locations fit well within Bupa’s regional operations structure and will enable us to care for more older New Zealanders. said Gráinne Moss, Managing Director of Bupa. “We look forward to working with the families and residents to providing the best possible care and home for them.”
