It features campus style buildings arranged around a podium base, supporting an open plaza area that adds further high quality public spaces to the Estate.
Goodman (NZ) Limited's Chief Executive Officer, John Dakin said “The Crossing is a key component of the Highbrook masterplan. Designed to provide amenity and support services to our business park customers, the development has been a great success.”
Professional service firms, business support providers, convenience retail outlets, food and hospitality options, short stay accommodation and gym facilities have all been established at The Crossing in the last few months.
John Dakin said “We are more than halfway through the planned development at Highbrook and are excited by the progress that has been achieved to date. We expect The Crossing to be a further catalyst that helps drive the next phase of our development programme.”
With more than 100 hectares of strategically located development land in East Tamaki, Highbrook Business Park provides much needed capacity to support Auckland’s growth.
The world class business park already accommodates more than 60 customers who occupy over 250,000 sqm of high quality space, tailored to their specific requirements.
These modern facilities feature consistent design elements and incorporate sustainable materials and building systems with the latest energy efficient technologies.

The businesses that have already located here enjoy the many commercial advantages that Highbrook offers, while the 4,000 staff they employ have access to over 40 hectares of parklands, esplanade reserves and landscaped public spaces.
