Vodafone launches new business packages over Ultra Fast Broadband

Vodafone today launches new Office Net packages for businesses, including Ultra Fast Business Broadband over the new ultra fast broadband network.  The Office Net packages offer an integrated solution, with features that allow business owners to reduce their IT infrastructure costs – while ensuring they never miss a call.

The hero plan, Vodafone Office Net, provides advanced calling features such as hunt groups which direct calls to the first available number, and simultaneous calling, where a call can be directed to both a mobile and a landline.  These cloud-based services remove the need for businesses to invest in expensive PABX* equipment, and offer benefits such as remote data storage.

All the Office Net packages are scalable, which means they can suit the needs of every type of business, simply by adding and removing lines, minute packs and data, and services like voicemail and fax.

According to consulting firm SYPartners, the importance of businesses being able to answer calls can’t be underestimated – around 78 per cent of all business goes to the first company to pick up the phone.

Vodafone’s Head of Small and Medium Business, Andrew Fairgray, says business owners can now get all the services they require, from a single provider.

“The Office Net packages bring together landline, broadband (including Ultra Fast Business Broadband) and calling for the first time, in one easy to manage plan. You can get hosted PABX calling features or a solution which connects to an existing PABX.  With this new functionality, we can now deliver exactly what our business customers are asking for. All the packages can be customised and are scalable, and include free calling between landlines on Office Net and eligible Vodafone mobiles within their business - including our new RED Business packages.”
