Social Media Marketing Training Courses To Continue

Social Media Marketing Training Courses To Continue.

Digital marketing experts Mosh have decided to continue running their social media training courses after the success of the previous three workshops.

“We were a little apprehensive at first” says Jeremy Marks, Marketing Director of Mosh. “We knew this kind of training was needed but weren’t sure if the market would respond or who a typical workshop attendee might be. As it turned out we’ve had small business owners, marketing professionals, ad agency employees and start-up entrepreneurs.”

Mosh set up three courses aiming at different levels of expertise of attendees. The first Set Up Your Business On Social Media, was about the popular social media platforms, setting them up properly and how to use them for business. The second, Optimising Social Media For Business was for people who were already using social media but weren’t sure how to get business results from the time they were putting in. The third course was on Social Media Marketing Campaigns and how to drive social media as an effective marketing and sales tool.

“It was important for us to run these three different workshops once each before deciding to continue or not” says Julian Thompson, Head of Digital Marketing at Mosh. “We wanted to see what worked, what didn’t and whether it was something we wanted to continue with. From the feedback that we’ve had from attendees and how the courses have worked for them then we’re definitely going to continue running them.”

Erin Edwards, an attendee from Unleashed Software had this to say “I just want to thank the guys for putting together such informative and useful courses. They were all really knowledgeable, helpful and approachable and this was fantastic value as it made me feel really inspired and motivated. Kudos!”

The full day workshops are delivered at The Clarian Room in Auckland with a maximum number of 10 people. Participants bring their own laptop. There will be social media experts from Mosh on hand at each session to teach and assist those attending.

As well as the workshops, the team at Mosh are now offering Corporate Training in social media to help executives use platforms such as LinkedIn to drive business. For more information about their social media training, visit the website www.mosh.co.nz and click on the tab Social Media Training.
